Jarad L. Siegel, Esq. is a partner with Monteleone & Siegel, PLLC. based in Mineola, New York. Mr. Siegel has briefed and/or argued dozens of motions and appeals in the State of New York at all trial and appellate levels. His practice is primarily devoted to complex motion and appellate practice, which has covered a wide range of personal injury-related issues, including, but not limited to, labor law, medical malpractice, premises liability and general negligence. Mr. Siegel’s well written briefs have compiled praise, on the record, from both state and federal judges. Mr. Siegel prides himself in applying his extensive knowledge of motion and appellate practice to position the firm’s cases in the best possible posture for settlement or trial. He is routinely retained by outside law firms to serve as appellate counsel.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Siegel was an analyst at a prominent Wall Street investment bank. He is a classically trained musician having attended the prestigious Fiorello H. La Guardia High School (“FAME”), graduating with instrumental music and academic honors. From there, Mr. Siegel earned his A.B with a dual major in economics and history from Washington University in St. Louis. He also earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis where he was on dean’s list and won the CALI Award for Excellence in Health Insurance Law & Regulation. Mr. Siegel was also awarded an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Before starting his own firm Mr. Siegel was the senior appellate attorney at a mid-sized personal injury law firm.
He is admitted to practice law in New York and inactive status in Illinois
